We’re gearing up for a powerful and inspiring evening at the Democrats of Greater Riverside’s July 16th meeting — and you won’t want to miss it.
We’re honored to welcome Mayor Patricia Lock Dawson, Riverside’s top leader, as our featured guest speaker. The Mayor will share her vision for building a safer, stronger, and more sustainable Riverside — and how everyday residents can be part of the solution.
Her remarks will touch on some of the most critical issues facing our community today, including:
Strengthening public safety and building community trust
Driving economic growth and creating good-paying jobs
Expanding green tech and sustainability programs
Concrete ways for residents to get involved and make a difference
We’re also thrilled to welcome Chris Shoults, our Democratic candidate for Assembly District 63. In June, Chris came within striking distance of flipping a longtime Republican seat — a sign of just how much momentum we’re building.
Now, the focus shifts to August 26th, when we have a real shot at flipping AD-63 blue. Chris will join us to thank DGR for our early support, share what’s next in the campaign, and help us launch a major Day of Action.
