“Immigration enforcement, spurred by racial profiling, has led to dozens of instances in our community where ICE and DHS agents have violated our neighbors’ civil rights, right to privacy, and right to live their lives out of fear of persecution.
I urge all residents in the Inland Empire and across the state of California to use this new portal launched by the California Department of Justice to report any misconduct by federal agents. In times like these, it is crucial that we report any suspected overstep of powers from federal agents.”
