Responsibilities and Procedures

  1. Attend DGR e-board meetings, Monthly General Membership Meetings, and other emergency/special meetings as may be called. If unable to attend meetings, designate someone to take the minutes.
  2. Prepare minutes for DGR e-board meetings, Membership Meetings, and any other DGR meetings pursuant to any DGR Bylaws.
  3. Copy and have minutes at Membership Meetings.
  4. Copy and have minutes at e-board meetings prior to the beginning of the e-board meetings.
  5. Maintain DGR files including, but not limited to, minutes; hand-outs from meetings; sign-in sheets (copied to Membership and Communications Committee Chairs) in an orderly manner. If meetings are held via Zoom, the DGR Membership Chair will provide the Monthly Membership Meeting Attendance list.
  6. Send Thank You Notes to all DGR speakers.
  7. May co-sign DGR checks with the DGR President, the DGR Treasurer, and/or the DGR Assistant Treasurer.

  1. Check email at least daily.
  2. Read and respond as needed to DGR Officers Group Texting.
  3. Respond in a timely manner to telephone calls and emails related to DGR.
  4. Be familiar with DGR Bylaws.
