Alicia has more than a decade of experience in newsrooms across the country and is now leading a new chapter for local journalism here in Riverside County. She launched The Riverside Record as a nonprofit, community-first digital newsroom dedicated to serving the people who live and work in our county.
Unlike traditional outlets, The Riverside Record is built around community engagement. It covers the local issues that impact our daily lives and gives residents the opportunity not just to read the news but to help shape it. Alicia’s vision is to create a trusted space for information, accountability, and civic participation in the digital age.
