Public Meetings
The Moreno Valley City Council holds its regular meetings on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM, with special presentations beginning at 5:30 PM. Study sessions are conducted on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM. All meetings take place at the City Hall Council Chamber, located at 14177 Frederick St., Moreno Valley, CA 92552.
For those unable to attend in person, the City offers remote participation via Zoom. Residents can request the Zoom Meeting ID and Password by emailing zoom@moval.org or calling 951.413.3001 before the meeting. Detailed instructions for joining the meeting and making public comments are available on the City’s website..
